Since some of us are calculating numbers, i thought this quote from HIgs may be helpful:

"total of 13 kids in the class right now..I think you will see roughly 12 more or so......4 are in early...meaning they have 9 at this time meaning they can take 16 if the numbers allow to take 25 on NSD"
