The perfect game. Finally get to see these freshmen play. I bet the recruits are impressed seeing these freshmen rock the house

Perfect as in Heard and other freshmen. Plus no Watson

This is what Texas needed with all these recruits there. They see they have a chance to make a difference from day 1. I would be excited if I was a freshman.

We need to seriously work on our rush D. I know Rice is traditionally very good at running the ball, but OU will be better than that. This can't happen in Dallas.

MJ made some mistakes, but he does not lack for effort. He flies to the ball.

Charlie looks relieved. Says going with Heard for Cal as expected. I don't want to put too much hope into winning at Cal but there is definitely hope for the future with these freshmen

Just got back from the game and I was not surprised at Heard's performance but I was (pleasantly) surprised he started.

I know it was just Rice but you could fell the energy and see the spark in the team with Heard in the game.

Did the announce how many freshman played? It seemed like half the players on the field were freshman or sophomores.
