The changes were simply further explanation. Whoever issued the first release was a lawyerly, get 'er done type, with no people skills. That individual needs a filter when interacting with others. It's not that he/she is smarter than others, it's that the individual lacks social skills.

The second document took more time and effort to prepare. Nice save by someone.
