You mad bro??f##king laughable that a program with a losing record finishes in the top 10 in most recruiting rankings and points fingers about cheating at others.
where did I refer to Dodds??I was basically repeating myself. I didn't "dangle" anything before you. I told you up front that I wouldn't elaborate. That's not dangling. That's cutting it off.
STP referred to Dodds, above. That was in response to him and the fact that he correctly pointed out that Dodds stopped UT from turning aggy in during previous situations. We don't have that obstacle anymore. That's kind of a big thing.
too late. Aggy gonna aggyYou're far more level headed and insightful than this. Don't give people a reason not to take you seriously.
I agree with a lot of what you say. But seriously (the bolded)?Seriously though, if we were cheating fervently this year, there is no way we get 1 out of 10 possible kids on NSD. There is no doubt there is cheating going on at the moment, but pointing fingers is nonsense when both are doing it. Looking at it objectively, look at our class and tell me who we were in our heads over getting to sign a NSD. Murray had a built-in advantage, Mack always stated he wanted to play in the SEC with a program that will have the talent to win and we were on him early. Christian Kirk- we were on early and he was friends with Allen and became friends with Murray. Justin Evans- we had an agreement with his position coach and offered immediate playing time. Lockhart, Dunning, Pryor, etc. are all solid recruits, but not prospects that will have bidding wars over them. SHA, just admit that your source was overly confident and misread the recruitment. Mack flirted with at least 5 programs in the past year and gave them indications that he was seriously interested in them, but once the luster of the visits wore off, he was an Aggie. He is a passionate kid, almost to a fault, but it is a terrible assassination of character to insinuate that his family or himself are the beneficiaries of dirty play when they were polite enough to give your program a chance in the race after outright eliminating them.

Most Disappointing Team
Texas looked to have turned the tide within its borders when it locked up five-star outside linebacker Malik Jefferson in December, but the Longhorns didn't quite have the finish they had hoped for. They did flip in-state receiver Ryan Newsome and got four-star RB Chris Warren on Wednesday, which was good enough for the No. 12 spot in the team rankings, but they missed on a few prospects on decision day, including Soso Jamabo and Daylon Mack.

This is my take on the Murrays.Ok, so the following is what I was told by a couple of well placed sources regarding some things we saw on the recruiting trail.
Kevin Murray and Kevin Sumblin do not get along. I suspect they will continue to not get along. I think Sumblin loses either way (MLB or helicopter dad). The two have had several conversations that did not end well. In fact, around early December it became a heightened sense of frustration on the Murray side.
Murray has sent four QBs to play for Sumblin. All four have transferred away after disappointing experiences with Sumblin.
So dad made some calls to Charlie and the possible visit was talked about. It was supposed to happen in late December, then early January, before it finally happened. If you follow HIg, this is what he was talking about back then when he said "you'll know it when you see it."
Dad prompted the whole idea of Lodge coming with them to Austin. Dad contacted Mack while the visit was going on in Austin. Papa was showing Sumblin whats up. He made his point, I think.
In the end it still came back to Kyler and there was just too much time invested by Sumblin and too much growing up aggy for Charlie to overcome.

Rivals might wanna re-boot their thought process.
