2015 Recruiting Season is in full swing

Seems he would want to ball with his buddies on the defensive side of the field (Malik) vs jumping on board due to an offensive player who he can only watch from the sidelines. At least that's how I would roll.
I agree with your logic.  But teenagers are not always logical and Mack seems to be a big follower type.

I think he views Murray and a couple of other aggy players as superstars.  And he has always been dazzled by them and the fact they are recruiting him has him awestruck.  It's why he committed in the first place.

This is a boy with immense talent, but one that can be easily wooed and, if he doesn't mature quickly, could fall into the entitled crap that Sumlin has allowed to foster at aggy.  And that would be a crying shame.

Out of the three schools - Texas, TCU and aggy - aggy would be the worst possible choice for him.

But, I am a logical adult and he is not.

If Mack does go to aggie, he could leave with Murray and be his personal bat boy when he signs a MLB contract.

is he looking at texas perhaps?

He said he would need to do some research

Plus we have Kai pulling on him

It's a hail mary, but there's chance

Just like ....

This thread needs to die.  It deserves to limp through NSD, but the 'catch-all' nature of it made it nearly impossible to follow if you wanted recruiting news.  At some point it turned into a 'chat session' rather than a recruiting thread.

No criticism, I've loved it and made a metric crap-ton of OT posts in it, but if people (me) want to chat they need to start an OT thread rather than in the 2016 recruit thread.
Yes, but interspersed with all the chat comments are snippets of excellent recruiting info.

Like a very connected source telling me not to worry about Reed - he will be academically eligible to sign with UT.

Now the chat part of this info is the concern of whether or not he can STAY eligible at UT? :)

that i can see that happening big time...it wouldnt hurt...  you and that vodka cup ..at the rate this thread went, i will be amazed if not one person didnt take out the vodka bottle

At aggy, one can bet money Mack will be enrolled as an "Agricultural Leadership" or "Poultry Science" major.
Hater

You're obviously unimpressed with notable "Wrecking Crew" defenders - Aaron Wallace & John Roper come to mind - from the much ballyhooed Jackie Sherrill Era. Poultry Science is a commendable pursuit.

what the hell????  where did this poster come from?

Cecil Cherry and Devo are going to make this class fun to follow for these next 4 years.  Really hope those kids can keep it together on and off the field.  Austin can do crazy things to people - so you never know.

I feel very confident re: Cherry.
He sees football as his ticket to a better life and has proven he's able to stay focused.

Devo too...

Ha, ha, ha!  You make a great point - that I hadn't thought of.

Putting Cherry, Devo and K. Boyd on the field, together, and we will have quite the mouthy bunch, I'm betting. :D
