Sure, if we miss on some of the 5 stars… that’s disappointing, but he overall defensive class has to be one of the best in the country… far and away the best in the Big12.

 
If the OL can shape up… and the up-tempo kicks in… with Heard, or whoever  wins the competition, then the 2015 offense should start trending in the right direction.
 
Then, if some of the 2015 defensive recruits can contribute this year, the defense should keep the points down. That will put less pressure on the offense.
 
I’m curious how Derick Roberson is progressing.  He was our top defensive recruit last year… and could really help to put pressure off the edge.

I have never understood why a black athlete would want to play football at A&M, especially if he had other options.

Maybe its just me but bending over with hands on the knees screaming "hump it" just never has appealed to me.

I can understand why an athlete of any race would want to attend aggy. First of all, they won't be judged by the acceptance of the aggy "traditions." They aren't expected to. Secondly, as shown with Manziel, the administration is desperate. They will bend over backward to keep their athletes happy. Third, for a lot of them, it is the best option they have.
What I have trouble understanding is why anyone else, regardless or race, would consider aggy if they had another viable option. That town is a shithole and the college is nothing to be proud of. Given any decent option - Hell No!

ya know despite of what Strong started off with .he didnt do too bad of a job at all..yeah this one is gonna sting for awhile, but , at the end of it all..we all know what kind of a recruiter Strong really is..a hell of a good recruiter..we just have to get over this one and just make the ones who bleed burnt orange the love and pull alot of fan support behind them
