I don't know who he is, but I do know he was on HornFans for a few years and later moved over to Barking Carnival.  Everything I have ever read by him about the Horns has been really good.  Very insightful, fact based, humorous, etc.

'Scipio Tex' is a good guy. He owns part of BC. They did well when they joined SB Nation.

The identity of Scipio Tex is easily ascertained by simply googling....and perhaps skimming a few pages. Shane Kidwell is the name of the guy that posted under the user name "SL Xpress". This is public information also. A dispute arose between SL Xpress and Scipio Tex (and others...including Jesus Schuttlesworth).and the ensuing internet battle was vicious and mean spirited. To my knowledge, SL Xpress has not posted again since this went down.

If anyone wants to wade through all the filth...and if you have time to kill.....and if you actually care....you can read all about this stuff over on Shaggy Bevo if you dig through archived posts.
