Lots of truth and reality from your Belmont friend.  The impatience and lack of reality from some is absurd. Regarding Augie, give him the final year with an understanding that Skip will take over.  I hate "coach in waiting" title and wouldn't make it public, but this must be done.

joeywa kept me, and likely others, from stepping off the ledge mid-season when it looked like this team was going to disappoint.  Always kept the faith and was voice of reason.  Thanks buddy!
