I would walk in and say have you heard of Heisman contender Teddy Bridgewater, top 5 NFL prospect, probably 1st QB in the draft? Ever hear of these All-Americans, who played for Texas, Vince Young and COLT McCoy (positions specific players)? That's how I would start, maybe show some clips on...

Honestly, I think CS is a young Nick Saban. I knew NS was not coming when he signed that contract extension. Hopefully CS won't have too much of a learning curve with the Big Xii offenses.

Folks, keep in mind that CS fired his previous OC at the beginning of the season (2011?) and promoted Watson. Once Watson was promoted the L'ville O continually improved under his guidance, and just look at Bridgewater's development. I'm with most of you and would like to get a "sexy" spread...

If we got a young hot-shot OC, he'll be gone in a year or two as a HC. We need to hire either on old successful OC, who nobody wants as a HC or a really good OC, who has already failed miserably as a HC! Otherwise we'll be having a new OC every couple of years if we are successful.
