O'Brien goes down in count 1-2, fouls one back, line drive into RF corner, he tries to stretch it into a double, slightly slips around 1st, and Shaw guns him down;

Scored a single, 9-6; 1 out

Haley goes down 0-2 in count.  6-3; 2 outs

Carpenter takes first pitch to deep in the gap behind 2B, Marlow with another great defensive play to get him, 4-3; great stretch by Kasey.

Through 4 complete; Texas leads 5-1

Clemens is one of the better fielding first basemen I've seen in a long time. Makes some young mistakes trying to come off the bag a little too often, but has so much natural talent at that position. Is he still planning on pitching next year?
