We won't hold off Bama if they beat Georgia, even if we win out.We are holding off bama for now...will we be able to if the beat Georgia? If Georgia gets beat, do they drop below Texas?
I do think Georgia would drop below us if they lost to Bama. They don't have the strongest resume with wins over only 3 top 25 teams so far this year.We won't hold off Bama if they beat Georgia, even if we win out.
The Horns need alot of help to get in the CFP I think.
That's my only gripe right now with the current ranking.Don't understand how oregon can be ranked higher than tx
where's the throw up emojiHarbaugh today "Michigan is America's Team."
lol
depends if they lose in a close one NO...., the CFP wants 4 Conference Champs, for that matter so does the countryWe are holding off bama for now...will we be able to if the beat Georgia? If Georgia gets beat, do they drop below Texas?
Then I guess they're not going to the CFP. They only play UGA in CCG, not in the reg season. It looks regular season because it's already scheduled, but UGA/ALA clinched the East and West, respectively. If Bama is going to make it to the CFP, they most likely would have to beat UGA twice: once in the final regular season game; again in the CCG
They are going to hire P K.great defensive minded coach should get offered one of Top jobs, but will he
He said right opportunity.Throwing his name into the hat for the aggy job?
I don't see GP wanting to leave the State of Texas, but I think Aranda's days at Baylor are numbered, ands are Holgorsen's at Houston, with TX and OU leaving the Big 12 a guy like GP could be dominant in the state with all his ties to Texas HSHe said right opportunity.
I think GP would rather coach at MSST than aggy, imo.
you are correct. I didnt look at it long enough. Their rivalry against Auburn is their reg season ending gameThen I guess they're not going to the CFP. He had a chance to go to usc this year (they needed him bad too) and he didn't go because of proximity. He's not the obvious candidate, but imagine him with his ability to evaluate talent with the resources he would have at aggy. As a Longhorn, I hope he doesn't go there, but the timing of his announcement was not a coincidence. He said right opportunity.
