I was under the impression the Big12 was one of the premier basketball conferences last year.  Then why were so few players drafted by the NBA?  Did the Big12 really have that few quality players?  Your opinion.

The NBA draft is about star talent. Good leagues have the best chemistry teams. Case in point, Texas was an elite 8 team without elite players, none drafted and only two signed to FA contracts.

Added another Guard to the roster. Ithiel Horton. Texas will be his 4th school. freshman at Delaware, then 2 years at Pitt before scoring 12 Points per game for UCF last year. 37.6% from 3 in his career. Also scored over 1,000 career points. Looks to be a good role player.

Good mix of guards for next season. Tyrese runs point, Abmas has run point in the past but also wants to work off the ball, and Horton is an off ball guard. 

Some good shooters across the board too. We could easily have line ups on the floor with 4 guys who shoot between 35-40% from 3.
