One thing I like about Sark, he is very candid and authentic - I think something he learned through the rehab process.

What they do with Venables if he struggles in Year 2 is a good question.  As long as recruiting doesn't fall off too much I think he gets a third year. If they get embarrassed in their SEC debut then he may get fired mid season. 

I'm not counting on a Venables implosion,  but it sure would be fun to watch.
