Well this sucks. 4-1 Okie Lite.  Too many strikeouts  13 total I believe.

I vote for Hurley.Lefties has that extra stuff on the ball. Control is usualy their proablem. Oakie lite hurler had a little of that tonite.

We have made the Okie Lite starter look better than he probably is with him going thru 7 innings throwing 112 ? pitches and 12 strikeouts!!! ☹

The Horns have been striking out a lot but they have been swinging the bats. Here's a look at the past 3 games:

Vs aggy - 13 Ks, 1 looking

vs okie lite (1st game) - 8 Ks, 0 looking

last night - 14 Ks, 4 looking

Texas starts LBJ on the mound. 

Guillemette hits a 3 run HR to give Texas a 3-0 lead after 1. Johnson did allow 2 baserunners (hit & walk) but there were stranded at 1st & 3rd.

Not certain how long LBJ goes today. Sounded like some pitches called balls were questionable by the home plate ump.

After walking the 1st batter in the bot of the 4th, LBJ is pulled. David Shaw coming in to pitch for the Horns.

Thru 7 complete. It's  3-2 Texas.   The Texas 2nd baseball has the right to field the ball. Not interfering with the base runner. Big double play in the bottom of the 7th.

As I posted weeks ago relief pitching management needs toimprove. The hitting has improved except last two games. 

Was no reason to blow this game that easy.
