I'm watching Boerne vs China Spring.
21-7, Boerne right now midway through the third.

North Dakota State has a dome.Is that an indoor game or outdoor?
Just wait until they decide as school employees they do not have to attend classes. Some bright guy is going to hire a bunch of adult football players and form a “school” with the sole purpose of winning football games. Others follow suit. Real schools can’t field anymore teams as a result.https://www.espn.com/college-football/story/_/id/35259868/nlrb-pursue-unlawful-labor-practices-usc-pac-12-ncaa
This will screw college athletics.

When Ohio State came to town the year after the 05 National Championship, I brought a sign to College Gameday that said "If our defense can break a Trojan, they can definitely bust a nut". The guy checking signs gave a good chuckle but did pull the sign out.
I do agree there definitely needs to be some guide rails and some enforcement. Really seems that the NCAA is not going to do much in that regard unfortunately. We have problems surrounding it that could wreck the whole thing. The tampering or illegal contacts or outright recruiting other team's players – it's fast becoming the wild Wild West again. Just as parity was starting to keep things interesting, the Haves will again dominate the Have Nots under this system and without some sort of enforcement measures.
I think that's a bit of a slippery slope argument. There may be some changes still coming, more power and money to players, but ultimately the college football product will remain. Losing out on that would mean losing out on all the income that comes with it.Just wait until they decide as school employees they do not have to attend classes. College football goes away and it’s NFL and NFL lite football only. UT has to rent out its stadium to the Austin Aramadillo NFL lite team.
Sounds similar to IMG Academy for high school football down in Bradenton, FL.Just wait until they decide as school employees they do not have to attend classes. F the little 12. That's what they have done to us this entire football season.Latest article on TX and 0u to the SEC in 2024 brings up an interesting idea. Namely using future match ups with current BIG12 members as a bargaining chip for early exit.
The more TX and 0u vs BIG12 match ups the better for the BIG12 bottom line, where TX and 0u won't benefit financially from playing BIG12 teams vs teams from other conferences.

Everyone is playing the hands they are dealt. I have no problem with us playing some games in the years following our departure, as long as they reduce the early exit fee. If they don't I would be fine letting them know that TX and 0u won't play any of their teams for say the next 10 years.F the little 12. That's what they have done to us this entire football season.
The best scenario that could happen is Texas dominating the Big12 until their departure in 2025 (when it becomes the little 12). I would stay for that.Everyone is playing the hands they are dealt. Nah, best case scenario is we dominate the BIG12 in 2024 and then dominate the SEC in 2025, including big wins over aggy and arky. The best scenario that could happen is Texas dominating the Big12 until their departure in 2025 (when it becomes the little 12). I would stay for that.
I stand corrected. ?Nah, best case scenario is we dominate the BIG12 in 2024 and then dominate the SEC in 2025, including big wins over aggy and arky.
Being a bit paranoid and conspiracy theorist, I don't think Big 12 officiating will allow Texas to dominate as long as the Longhorns are in this league. As far as departure date, I've been expecting and don't mind playing out the contract as is.The best scenario that could happen is Texas dominating the Big12 until their departure in 2025 (when it becomes the little 12).
