*****Game Thread: Baylor Bears @ Texas Longhorns*****

Well, the consensus was 8-4 for the year and we've achieved that with a chance to go 9-4 and maybe 10-4 if KU pulls off a miracle.

Nice year overall. Should have beat Tech though we were without our starting QB and starting DT for that game. Still went to OT with them.

And we did this with a bunch of freshmen getting serious PT. Things look good moving forward.

We leaned on their ass with the big dogs the second half. That’s why they are recruiting all these big Olinemen. Shout out to Kyle Flood. They’re young but going to be really good. Campbell was turning guys around in the interior. I like to lean on them. It breaks their will.

I am so glad I blocked JD earlier, but am almost wondering how he could badmouth our horns now.
Almost, but not quite.
I don’t miss his ass one bit.

We just beat Kansas and Baylor. That’s not good enough to flex over.

Reading the game thread, some of yall really need to pick up a different hobby like hiking, bird watching, rock collecting or anything to keep you away from the TV and internet!

Fans will be fans.

@Sirhornsalot, thank you for staying positive and factual during the game while others were prematurely giving the game to Baylor. You da man!

I agree.  Since “competition is healthy” I certainly hope Murphy gets a good hard look in the offseason.
Sark has already said competition is wide open in spring. We're going to need Murphy, either as a starter or a back up, next year. I've been afraid he would transfer out but if Card leaves, I don't think he does.

Not trying to be negative… but to continue climbing, we definitely need better play at QB.  Be it Ewers, Murphy or whoever else.  I’d put this as top priority.

We called for an end to the second half collapses…. you want your cake and eat it too??
As a matter of fact YES. Are you the new board monitor? I remember kids like you on the school playground. If you don't like my posts, then block me.
