You weren't far off.  Still not sure what the cartoon dog gif means. I get that it might be something big and I would be much more excited if it was football related.  Meaning, the sneakiness of that laugh has me hoping that it's a decommit from a certain team in CS and commit to the good guys.

As SHA stated, forgive my ignorance because I have been playing golf and drinking most of today. Tbh, I flew to the big island to play golf the last couple of days so it's been a lot of beer and sun.
