Horns vs ou in Arlington

At today's game. Horns look ready to go home. Mental mistakes all over the place.  They're actually making contact now. Let's see if they get it together

You got to see a great game my friend!! What a comeback and gutsy performance by the Horns. SO glad to see Todd back in the lineup. It's like he didn't miss a beat. Dylan came through BIG time with the 3 run dinger to get us started. So proud of this team fighting like hell to get the series win over BlowU.

12-8 Horns. Clawed back from a 7-1 deficit. It looked bleak for a while, but their bullpen imploded. 2 huge innings for the Horns did the trick. Gutsy game. Environment was a bit odd, but was definitely a Longhorn majority. Great game from the 5th inning on. Hook 'em!

Yep. It didn't help that the ump was all over the place with his strike zone.

Hitting was absent for about 14 straight innings before waking up at the end of today's game. Huge at bat by Austin Todd, 0-2 count, 2 outs and hits a 2 run double to extend the one run lead we had late. We needed it too because we gave up that run in the 9th.

Hansen and Stevens both had really good starts. All the other arms have question marks. Does Nixon keep the closing job? I'm not sure we have a great replacement but he has not been living up to the role so far.

I was doing stuff around the house yesterday and I turned the game on during his at bat. Great finish!  ?

I watched the re-run on the LHN yesterday and after the ou player hit the 3 run HR for them to put the score at 1-7, he did the "Horns down" after crossing home plate. So another case of the "Horns down" jinx to bite ou in the arse!
