We'll see what this is since he's already chosen an all-star game.

The story with Dewberry has always been Ohio State is too far, and it's likely a A&M/Texas battle.Sorry. A lil gun shy after last year's cycle. We were high on everyone's list early on then they started dropping like flys. Now we're hearing that Dewberry who was with Campbell and Banks as " must get" is loving him some tOSU and probably out of this class.
Ok, I'll be patient.

He's been showing Texas a ton of love since his official visit, but admittedly I don't follow his Instagram so maybe he's been doing the same for A&M and LSU.Perroni said this caught the aggy and LSU staff's off-guard so who knows??
Texas probably gave him the runs if they were the sugar free ones.I take it the gummy bears weren’t bussin?
Suchomel posted again on Miller and it sounds like this could go down at any time now.Suchomel of OrangeBloods has put in a Texas pick for RB Jamarion Miller of Tyler Legacy.

Ok, weird.
He doesn't have a clue when it comes to Texas's position with recruits. His article this morning was a joke.Perroni doesn’t know whether he’s shitting or winding his watch.
I noticed that as well.I think Perkins is coming to Texas. No insider information or anything. He just posted he thinks it’s time and Sark and Kyle Flood liked it. I think it’s done
Good post Ricky and I think you’re 100% correct. It’s really expanded the budgets of these Universities for recruiting. It takes a huge very organized staff to pull off what Texas has pulled off this last month.Silent, Verbal, and Signed (thanks to the portal) all have the potential to be a temporary decision. I think the only benefits to having a verbal or signing a good class is the momentum it creates for other prospects.
Everything is so much different now than it was 10-15 years ago when Mack would fill a class on Junior day. All of the schools fight the same issue to some extent. Proximity to home has become less relevant, the players still want to go to a good program but they want to be a star or focal point. If your team underperforms players will leave. If a team wins a championship but the player doesn’t get to shine they will leave. Coaches are basically having to continue recruiting the kids until they graduate. It’s exhausting.
Each year we seem to move farther away from the “team” concept. Individualism is ruining college sports just as it has professional.
I feel sorry for these kids when they finally realize they aren’t actually special in the big scheme of things. We all come to that realization at some point as adults but it’s proving to be especially rough on the “me” generation.
Just saying.
I can say he legitimately had a good time on his visit here. It surprised him at how much he enjoyed himself. We made quite an impression. He's been showing Texas a ton of love since his official visit, but admittedly I don't follow his Instagram so maybe he's been doing the same for A&M and LSU.
I've never felt Texas' chances were legit, but I'm always up for a pleasant surprise.
