Well, awesome that they came to play in the second half (except for the blown TE route that won the game...Locke stopped, was he expecting safety help?).  Was surprised to see mayfield actually walk over and exchange words after the game with Sam.  Expected more crap from him after he won the game.

My 2 biggest concerns for Texas going into today, were the O-line and secondary. Both didn't look good today.

I hate losing but we played till the end fellas. And yes, this team has PLENTY of heart!

When it was 0-17, the team was flat, they looked confused and lost.  They didnt even wake up until 16 minutes later.  A corpse would have shown more sign of life.  No rivarly emotion from any of the guys after any play.  We lost this game because we got down 17 points.   Hell Mayfield first TD pass he had atleast 6 seconds to wait to throw.

We had 35 yards offense our first 4 possessions. 

OU had 240ish their first 4..

Maybe you are ok with "well we came back".  Yea that's good but we just lost to the f##king sooners and I am not one for licking shit and calling it pudding.  Im in the just f##king win camp.  Tired of well least we showed improvement or fight.  FOUR YEARS and counting. 

Needless Late penalties isnt improvement. 

Blown coverages when the game is on the line and you have the lead isnt improvement.

You seem overly excited but maybe you didnt see the scoreboard.  We lost.  It is a sad state when longhorn fans are giddy about about any bright spot when losing to HoeU.

FOUR YEARS .... THREE LOSSES.

In the words of Mr. Tom Herman postgame PC...."Proud of our fight to come back but there is no moral victories especially against these guys."  Thank god hes not a participation trophy giver.

Sam IS a player and WILL lead us to a big 12 title I can guarantee this much.  We shoulda coulda woulda won BUT we freakin didn’t. 0-17 is no way to start a red river showdown. I’m very disappointed but our year is not over. Still shooting for the 8-9 wins. It’s doable with this QB

We have to stop putting us in a position where we have to rally from behind. We have only scored 21 points so far in the first quarter. Although I like the heart that the team is showing, it would be nice if they could do it as soon as the game kicks off and not only start to play ball after we are down by multiple scores.

You wanna gets my big booty !! Boyd has no business getting his a## handed to him being beaten by every friggin coverage. The injuries have been kicking our a##sses inside and outside. Sam is the friggin mann . He played his asd off regardless. I don't know what on earth Texas was doing asleep at the wheel in the first half, but they cannot be doing that.
