Boring night shift I stumbled on #1 OU vs #5 Texas in 2008, having forgot the game

Completely I found myself HOPING we get back to THAT Texas football with this new Era of Texas football. Haven't seen wrap up tackling like this in YEARS. And just half of what Colt McCoy had would be nice. I'm. Not trying to say we are doin it all this year but I do believe it's right around the corner folks. Long story short, fun looking back and the good years ain't it?

As long as Buechele isn't the leading rusher I'm all for it. But it is a great game to watch every now and then on You Tube.

Very true statement, was our running back really THAT bad back then... Had like -5 yards rushing in 3rd quarter. But tough to beat Cosby and Shipley on the outside. I'm thinking Boo and Collin will be that dynamic duo this year. Buechele does have traits that Colt carried. I know I may get slapped on here for saying that but I see a resemblance in the games

My take is that Buechele will be more accurate downfield. Colt was a much better runner, IMO.
