I had forgotten that The Brainiacs hinted at a large shakeup/bold move by Texas in offensive recruiting a couple of weeks ago. Found it from back on May 16th.

– Bonus Note: There has been some chatter of a rather large shakeup in terms of offensive recruiting based off of some things that have happened over the last week or so. I’m not going to go into detail on it right now, as it might not happen. I will just say that if it does, it would be a bold move by Texas.

I remember this, but don't think this is the move mentioned here. I say this because wouldn't it be some type of tampering to "recruit" a player to transfer to your school. Don't know the rules, but imagine that there would be some ethics involved not to mention that Herman would be poaching from the last 2 programs where he worked. Doesn't add up to be the move that was mentioned even though I'm curious to find out what they were talking about.
