Texas vs USC 2017; Tickets

Good morning fellas! There's a very good chance that I'll be in California the 3rd weekend in September. With that said, what would be the best (read: cheapest) way to purchase (4) tickets for the game versus USC when they become available?  Any help would be appreciated!
