SignUp Now!Any idea as to why Sheffield doesn't speak much to the media? There are things we know about Sheffield but can't report. None of these things are about the status of his recruitment with Texas. We've told you what we know there. He likes the staff and he loves Jason Washington. Texas is in the fight, but no one has anything firm.

Doesn't seem to really care for the attention. His dad is heavily involved in the process.Any idea as to why Sheffield doesn't speak much to the media?

Oh well. In all honesty, why is it hard for recruits like him to see Strong wasn't winning at Texas? I mean he lost to Kansas. It's UT'S fault for moving on.
Agree completely, but it took me a while to realize the program health is bigger than one class of recruits. I wanted a top class in 2017, but that blinded me to the results on the field.I'm starting to think that Strong still could of had a top 10 class even with the 5-7 record. If Strong was still our coach Wilson would of committed. Just look at the influence Strong has on him.
Lol well bound I guess some are committed to the coach and not the universityOh well. In all honesty, why is it hard for recruits like him to see Strong wasn't winning at Texas? I mean he lost to Kansas. It's UT'S fault for moving on.
Exactly. I think Herman should be the one to cancel the in-home. Time to move along and build for 2018. You can always use depth on the D line, but they have a lot of quality bodies to play with for a couple of years. If Texas is definitely out of it then why waste time for an in-home with Herman when the dead period ends?
I don't think the In-home was ever set in stone. If Texas is definitely out of it then why waste time for an in-home with Herman when the dead period ends?
Some kids had a really tight bound with Strong. It happens. His family loves Strong too.Oh well. In all honesty, why is it hard for recruits like him to see Strong wasn't winning at Texas? I mean he lost to Kansas. It's UT'S fault for moving on.
He really likes Strong, but also wanted to see progress on the field with Texas. Strong got fired and the team was poor on the field. Double whammy.Lol well bound I guess some are committed to the coach and not the university
