Happy for Charlie.

His ability to surrond himself with the right people really let him down here no one can doubt he is a stand up person.

USF seems like the perfect fit for him with his ability to recruit Florida. Lets hope he doesn't start recruiting texas too much

Strong did not get a raw deal at UT. He was given more latitude than ANYONE else would have been given. His production on the field was his fault and his alone...............and the product was atrocious.

unless you were in the meetings with strong and peterson/others, then it's hard for me to take this as 100% truth.

the product on the field, now that's another story.  it wasn't where it needed to be at UT.

For his sake, I hope he doesn't bring back many of the same coaches who cost him at UT; Watson, Bedford, etc.

...and hire a damn good Special Teams Coordinator for crissakes!
