The DMN decided to break down and predict the games on Oklahoma's schedule. In summary, they're predicting 11-1 with the one loss coming by one point to TCU. They have OU beating both Houston and Ohio State prior to that.

Here's what they had to say about the Texas game:

Location: Cotton Bowl in Dallas
Last meeting: Texas 24, Oklahoma 17 on Oct. 10, 2015

Breakdown: OU hasn't done a great job of kicking Texas while they're down. Charlie Strong is only getting better, and the likes of Tyronne Swoopes and Malik Jefferson could be out to haunt the Sooners once again following last year's monumental upset.
Key player: Oklahoma's offensive line. Texas' defense was successful in making life hell for Mayfield last season. His line must be more physical to protect OU's No. 1 asset.

The sooners should have lost the RRR in 2014, they were completely outplayed but a few TO's by Swoopes pretty much gave them the game.  Stoops also said pregame that their sloppy play in 2014 was their motivation last year and look how that turned out.

Charlie doesn't have many wins in his two years but he has literally owned the sooners and Stoops.

If Boo and Gilbert can develop a decent passing game and our DL can get some push, this team could go 9-3.

The Big 12 features some high-flying offenses. Naturally that means that there are some speedsters on Big 12 football rosters.
According to NFL.com's Chase Goodbread, the conference has two of the fastest 16 college football players in the game. And one former TCU Horned Frog made the cut as well.
Texas Longhorns wide receiver John Burt came in at No. 12 on Goodbread's list.
"Burt qualified for the NCAA Championships in the 110-meter hurdles event earlier this month, one of only two freshmen to do so," Goodbread said. "He ran a 14.32 there, but had a 13.91 time to finish as the runner-up in the Big 12 meet. In the fall, Burt showed plenty of promise as a young wide receiver for the Longhorns, starting every game and leading the team in receiving yards (457) and yards per catch (16.3)."
The top current Big 12 player was Baylor's K.D. Cannon.
"Cannon didn't run on the Baylor track team in 2016, but the previous year, he clocked a 10.58 100 meters at the Big 12 Championships and qualified for the NCAA Championships in the 4x100 relay, as well, where his relay team clocked a 39.80," the NFL.com writer said. "On the football field, Cannon wasted no time establishing himself as one of the Big 12's most prolific deep threats as a freshman in 2014. He's averaged 17.6 yards per catch for his career."

This one might hurt TCU fans. Cameron Echols-Luper, now with Arkansas State, made an appearance on the list as well.
"As a sophomore at TCU, Echols-Luper posted a 6.89-second 60-meter dash time and a blazing 20.39 in the 200 meters. He turned that speed into All-Big 12 Honorable Mention honors as a return specialist in 2014. He transferred to Arkansas State and sat out last season under NCAA transfer rules."
