The offenders are ultimately to blame but there is an obvious trend enabling this type of behavior in their football program.  That's on the staff, Briles, and the school's administration.  But hey as long as they are winning, right

I still find it interesting that ESPN is hammering BU about their sexual assault cases, but not saying too much about Tennessee.....or Vanderbilt previously. Why is that?
