Anybody kind of loving what's happening to Michigan, then pulling scholarships late in the process getting killed by the media, Michigan fans trash talking us say we we're getting Jordan Elliot & say they were going to flip Jean Delance a day after he committed and now today they lose a commit to Stanford am I the only one laughing a little to see them get a little humbled

Update from last night btw brown says he is coming and DJAX told me if everything goes good on Sunday with Charlie he's in as well. All they said about everybody else is this is gonna be a top 10 class

The DJax is going to be interesting.  Higs has always maintained the lack of an OV was a deal killer with him.  Plus, he was aware of the handler.

But DJax's mom is supposed to be shrewd.  She owns her own business, and even developed her own line of clothes (i think it was sportswear).  Which means she is also fully aware of which school in the state has the best business school.

I would so love to be there for that conversation.  Charlie has his rules, doesnt like nonsense and wont play favorites.  How will the Jacksons' react to Charlie's mandates?  Moms usually love Charlie but Ms. Jackson seem like a slightly different type of mom.  We need to get the Persicope in there for this.  I would even accept an aggy film crew.

Jan. 29, 2010 was one of the last times Longhorn fans felt the euphoria they hope to experience next Wednesday when Charlie Strong’s 2016 class gets wrapped up. On that day, just a few hours apart from each other, Jackson Jeffcoat and Jordan Hicks committed to Texas. Jeffcoat, a five-star defensive end from Plano West, and Hicks, a five-star linebacker from Ohio, gave Mack Brown commitments from two of the top defensive prospects in America. Those two boosted Texas’ 2010 recruiting class to a No. 2 national ranking. While the class as a whole didn’t live up to expectations, the group and the commitments of its two biggest names serve as reminders about what’s important to remember on signing day.

One of those important things to remember is that if a program recruits enough elite players, a few of them will pan out. Texas’ late push has the potential to net Strong a haul good enough to rank among the five best classes in the country, the type of class the program needs in order to continue to turn over the roster. Texas signed a remarkable 18 recruits ranked unanimously as Top 200 prospects nationally according to the 247Sports Composite rankings back in 2010. Eleven of those 18 didn’t make near that type of impact on the Forty Acres they were expected to, but the other seven were tremendously productive during their Longhorn careers...."
