The Storm surge from Hurricane Charlie was more than anyone could overcome, the wheels have been in motion for 2 weeks on this sucker making landfall.

How long do we think Elliott has to wait?  I imagine, just to be polite, he will wait some amount of time.  But I dont know what is appropriate in this situation
