Same here DMAC, been busy all day. Took my like 30 minutes to read through everything I've missed and that's just in this thread.

Hoping we add some more big names to this weekend.

Coffee is for closers!

Shotime you got the popcorn ready?

 
Ironic that race is being brought up on a day we celebrate a great mind who wanted us all to be as one.

And I will state again how much I hate this thread! It's addicting!

Who was that?  I must have missed it.

Edit:  I went back and checked.  It wasnt your comment, you were just responding to the original.  So my post should have directed at the other person and not you.  My apology.

The reason I said I liked Tejasrules post is I wish we all could see people as people and be colorblind.  Afterall that is what MLK wanted.  That goes for the positive as well the negative.  He may be right, it might help with recruiting but I tend to believe parents are strongly attracted to Charlie (pun intended) because he is a class act, great person, has core values, and truly cares about his young men and not just with regards to winning.  Chris Warren's mom is a prime example regarding her comments about her son and coach Strong.  My heart breaks every post game during the PC and the eyes of texas.  I truly feel empathetic for him.  I love the guy.  I do hate the state of the program and being embarrassed in blow outs and I hope he turns it around.  I just want us to be competitive

Actually I think it was a quote from a recruit that started it but I ain't going back & trying to find it!

Now let's get back to recruiting the best to wear the Burnt Orange, which we all know is the BEST color!
