Okay that's on Swoopes. However...it's also on the coaching staff for not having him standing with Norvell with a headset on.

You don't give him the option to walk away. You hand him the headset as you're informing him of the decision and you tell him what he will be doing. It's not rocket science. He's your backup QB and you want him involved in the game and you make damn sure he is.
