Ronnie Major update (07/29)

I talked with Huntsville OT Ronnie Major tonight and he informed me that he will be heading to Austin to join the team next Wednesday (August 5).

According to Major, he is good to go, and was just finishing some summer classes back home.

Huge news for the team as Major has tremendous upside on the line. He will be a major contributor in the future.

8-12-2015 Update

Talked to Ronnie this evening and he told me he just finished up with his classes he needed to take.  Said he would be at Texas soon.

I asked if he would be there next week and he said "Yes."

Says he is ready to join the team and he talks to the coaches frequently.

Also tells me Huntsville should be good this season since they still have a lot of talent.

Agree IMO 99% of OL should redshirt. Texas does not have this option this year.
