Jersey has a Penn St feel to it. Albeit purple and with some disco pattern of sorts it appears, it almost looks tie dyed to some degree. Or it could just be the lighting, but I doubt it. Gimic it up Kermit.

Help me out here - is a Horned Frog a really f'd up desert lizard or an amphibian with a hard-on?

The sublimated frog skin is over-the-top, but the uniforms look a little better when you break up the colors. I hate the monochrome purple and grey.

Yes, that is exactly what a Horned Frog is. Does TCU have a horned frog sanctuary on campus like the Bengal tiger set up at LSU? If not they should look into that, nobody likes weird frogs becoming extinct.
Also, I heard Franklin was going with an alternative snakeskin uniform look for Penn St's first home game this year.

The uniforms look better when I close my eyes. What's next, genuine reptilian cleats? This gimmicky crap makes me reiterate my feelings on leaving our uniforms alone, best duds in college football!

Cleveland Browns have new uniforms. IMO, the orange numerals look like shit on both the brown and white jerseys. Over-sized "CLEVELAND" word mark on chest & "BROWNS" on the pants leg is a high school look, too, IMO. Full gallery here and here
