Many positives for UT and for Kevin if you assume Kyler will be playing baseball.I've given Kyler Murray some thought. If he redshirts and doesn't play baseball, does he have to wait 3 years to play pro baseball? I don't think so. Why? Adam Dunn did not, if you recall.
The more I think about it, the more I think that Kyler reaffirmed his commitment to A&M because Kevin really respects Strong, wanted to let Kyler make his own decision, and they decided that Kyler would almost certainly never play a down of college football.
I am thrilled with the Locksley commit.

We may or may not find a stud QB this year, but from among Swoopes, Heard, Locksley, and Merrick I think we'll find a couple that can perform, especially in a scheme that's more suited to our talent.
