Absolutely right. Then, they go to the teacher, the day before the 6 or 9 weeks ends and want to make up work. I have literally stayed up all night to grade because of situations like this. I don't do it anymore. I close it off the day before the last week of the grading period, except for current work.
well doc when i was making those predictions a few pages back and i said mack to a&m i was making those predictions from my a guess and a gut feeling and yes something had to had happen for him to just cut Texas off like that..
Agreed. I was a teacher in a previous career and it wore me out. Scariest part is that these lazy kids will be parents themselves before long and their kids will be even lazier.
