Somewhat of a high risk-reward. It's tough to move with kids in high school, but there are only so many opportunities at the next level (such as our "Tier 3" university) and Austin. Not to mention that type of coaching salary.

You're talking about the University of Texas.  It's a humongous career move for him and his family.  And it's AUSTIN, for Gods sake.

Last I read all the ou coaching turmoil is taking a toll on their recruiting - it is sucking big time.  They hope they catch a flip here and there coupled with catching some leftovers from other programs. The natives continue to be very restless in Norman...

I've said this for some time, I think it has little to no impact what happens with the other QBs in the class. 

I think it ultimately comes down to who Locksley's family feels most comfortable with. Whether Florida State has 3, 2 or 1 QBs in this class has little to no impact IMO. I don't think his family or Locksley care a bit what Francois does. There are much more important things in play. 

So if we still had Gentry, and then Murray on board...it would not influence Locksley?

I think it has a significant impact. It's all part of the decision matrix (if 18-yr olds have those).

Nope. Players like Locksley aren't afraid of competition. All the Murray to Texas rumors haven't bothered him a bit. He committed to FSU when they already had 2 stud QBs in the class.
