I'm very excited to see Heard this spring and have him penciled in as the starter for 2015. IMO, it'd be best if Murray or Locksley redshirted.

Who else do we have who can run the spread effectively? Especially the zone read option? Swoopes either didn't have permission to keep the ball often last season or didn't read defenses correctly. I'm not giving up on Swoopes, but he's a Clydesdale running the ball.

Vinklarek? Holtz? Who besides Heard should we get excited about?

I still maintain that Locksley shouldn't be a Day One Starter. If we get Kai, I'll be a happy fan. But I'd assume that Heard would be starting next year and that Kai would be the man who took over the reigns when Heard moves on to life after college football in a few years. Murray is the only guy I see coming in starting Day One.
