My god, I'm nervous as hell and excited at the same time!!! Love what I'm hearing right now but 10days is a long time and a lot can change between now and then. Just think about the changes we have had the last 10 days and the 10 days before that.

Strong’s message was a simple one. 
 
“That I could come in and fill Malcom Brown’s spot and have a huge impact as a freshman,†Mack said. 

Could being the key word here. CFS doesn't strike me as the kinda guy to make this type of promise to a recruit.

It all just came to a head this week. The change has been ongoing for several months. The first clue was likely the Jefferson and McNeal commitments.

I think all of these top kids have been talking among themselves and keeping it quiet.

I think this is a testament to Strong's honesty. I look at this being him telling Mack that he has the potential to fill that role. To get there hes got to:

1. Commit to the good guys and sign

2. Understand and commit to developing as a football player under the direction of the staff.

The message isn't a guarantee IMO...it's a belief they have in him. At the end of the day, rather or not it happens is in Mack's hands.

This is exactly how I feel. I will say I'm leaning towards the positive outcome. Unfortunately, I think that we are in a position where some recruits come only if another comes. Unfortunately, that leaves us in a position that is much more fragile.

The one thing I feel good about is that with the kind of man CS is and the staff he has assembled, I believe we've developed some trusting relationships and that CS knows a lot more than we do.

I don't really know how to take that tweet. It could be positive or negative. Could be something like Boyd trolling the aggy or it could be negative like we are getting trolled by some guys.

The only good thing is, guys like Malik and our staff would be able to prepare for it rather than being blindsided.
