2015 Recruiting Season is in full swing

From another board.

Apparently, according to El Mahico, Kevin Sumlin really only cares that Kyler Murray doesn't end up at Texas. He doesn't care if he goes to A&M or not.

Man pathetic when your coach is more worried about your recruit picking a school that isn't in his own conference instead of worrying about the recruit picking his own team! The threat is real, let's get these CB flowing toward texas

What kind of job security do you think Sumlin has if he lets a top 5 class fall apart, and alumni have to watch the son of an Aggie legend, a player who might be the greatest QB in Texas Hifh School history, go to their hated rival?

Sumlin better have a hell of a year next if he'd want to survive that.

Kevin Murray and Charlie Strong have known each other for 30 years, since Strong was on Jackie Sherrill's staff at aggy when Murray was the QB. There is nothing Kevin Sumlin can say negatively about Charlie Strong that will have any affect on Kyler Murray's ability to sort out what is the right decision. If Sumlin starts putting petulance before the legitimate best interests of a recruit with serious ability, it will be a serious mistake.

From reading other's comments on this site regarding El Machio, he is a credible source.  Sumlin had to make that comment to someone most likely on the Allen side.  I'm sure the pressure of keping a legacy's son committed is working on his stress level.

Regardless of what happens with Murray, the momentum for Texas has been great and recruits have taken notice of Strong.

The thing to keep in mind is that the hoopla over Texas A&M has been an illusion all along

The move to the SEC allowed day dreams to become semi-reality ... for about three years....

oops!!!

Plus having a Heisman QB along with Mike Evans helped create a bigger illusion of long term relevance.

El Mahico - is this the cat that used to work at Bellmont?

leonard fournette younger brother class 2015 just committed to LSU, this has to mean we get Nick Brossette to commit to us. If he doesn't make the announcement sometime soon then we have to think he is one of the silent commits.

im not so sure on boyd now...noticed on his twitter page he says its a&m..i dont know how to copy and paste to thing so i dont know  but aint no telling with him lol i have to laugh at him though

Is LSU recruiting him as a RB? I see 247 has him as an athlete.
