Kansas at Texas

[Matt Cotcher]

Ten  minutes until tipoff.

Game is on CBS.

[Matt Cotcher]

For a 1:00 tip time, this is a solid crowd. It rivals anything DKR did this Fall.

Granted that's not saying much...

[Matt Cotcher]

U16 timeout and Horns leading 11-8. Solid defensive effort early for the Horns.

3 are gonna be there for Kansas all day. We can't afford to go on the inevadible 5 minute scoring lull that we are accustom to seeing

[drgilbert]

Where is our inside game

[utisdabomb12]

Zone isn't going to work against this team. We need to get the ball inside.

[Mike Garland]

Gonna be hard to stay in zone all day against a school from the state that invented basketball.

[GBT]

Our "stand around, big men setting high screens" half court offense ain't beating Kansas.

[utisdabomb12]

Great basketball game. This feels like a Sweet 16 game.

[Matt Cotcher]

Too many jumpers in the 1st half. That won't win this game.

Should be interesting to see if they adjusted at halftime.

[Matt Cotcher]

Fans are taking "stealth photos" of recruits at the game, then posting them on Twitter.

[GBT]

Putting it mildly...Holland sucks today.....A Kansas MVP.

[GBT]

Leave the backdoor wide open....What kind of defense is that ????

[shotime73]

whats the score?

[GBT]

62-52 Kansas with 4:43

Another one and done team for Rick Barnes. Can we just do away with basketball after they tear down the drum ? Maybe start a men's soccer program ?

[utisdabomb12]

Kansas went on that run when we started jacking jump shots. They had no answer when we started feeding it inside to Holmes and Ridley. This team really needs a Eric Davis mold, a guy that can score on the wing. Kansas isn't really even worrying about Holmes and Holland when they are on the perimeter.

Our kids played hard. They have better athletes than we do overall. Taylor was good, and Holland played pretty well. But we are very weak at guard other than Taylor offensively.

Turner clearly needs at least one more year in college as does Taylor.

it probably won't take, but try not to be a dickhead.
