Our defense literally sucked the life out of UNT.  It was a mis-match and it was against UNT's primary strength - their huge OL.

I think we have to be careful about judging UCLA too harshly. Going on the road to the east coast for what was for them a 9 AM kickoff is a very tall order for a west coast team. I look for them to look like a different team this week.

Totally agree. In fact, rushing to judgment about anything from a Week 1 game is a mistake.

That includes the Texas defense and DL. Until North Texas plays again and their OL has another opportunity, judging UT off them is premature.

Our history with UCLA should scare any Longhorn fan. For some reason some our most embarrassing losses have been to them and they were not always considered good teams those years.

Now with Strong I am much more confident against an embarrassment like that.

Guys.... I will not tell you what I seen and think of the offense and the O line. I do not have any sugar in my bag....I just hope I am wrong in my thinking.
