Texas tight end Jack Endries has earned a spot on the 2025 Biletnikoff Award preseason watch list, honoring the nation’s top FBS receiver—regardless of position. The announcement was made Wednesday by the Tallahassee Quarterback Club Foundation.
Endries, a preseason All-SEC Third Team selection, transferred to Texas after two standout seasons at Cal. In 2024, he led the Golden Bears with 623 receiving yards on 56 catches, earning All-ACC Honorable Mention and ranking third among ACC tight ends in receiving yards. His season featured two 100-yard games, including a career-best 119-yard performance against Pitt and a 101-yard outing versus NC State.
As a freshman in 2023, Endries was named a Freshman All-American by multiple outlets and was Cal’s nominee for the Burlsworth Trophy, awarded to the top FBS player who began as a walk-on. Over two seasons, he totaled 91 receptions for 1,030 yards and four touchdowns—more receiving yards than any returning Power Four tight end.
The Biletnikoff Award semifinalists will be announced Nov. 25, with the winner revealed Dec. 11 on ESPN’s College Football Awards.
