Following 2022 four-star wide receiver Evan Stewart’s decommitment, things have been moving slow for Texas in recruiting. However, this upcoming week has the potential to be a big one as a Texas target is planning on making an announcement on Tuesday.
Tomorrow, 2022 three-star defensive tackle Kristopher Ross plans to announce where he will be attending college. In February, the Longhorns extended an offer to the 6’3″ and 280 pound North Shore product. In addition, Ross has received several 247Sports crystal ball predictions in favor of the Longhorns.
If Ross were to commit to Texas, he would become the first defensive lineman in Texas’s 2022 recruiting class.
Last Wednesday, 2022 four-star offensive guard Earnest Greene III, from St. John Bosco, named Texas as one of his top ten schools. Other than Texas, Oklahoma was the only other Big 12 program to make Greene’s list.
