We may play two QBs until Oklahoma, it depends on Swoopes. By the time the Red River Shootout my guess is one QB for the rest of season.

My guess is we'll have a starter by Big12 play - 9/26 vs OSU

I think you have to play both until it is clear who the better QB is...under real game conditions.  If neither QB steps up, you may as well play them both.  If you play Swoopes and he stinks, everyone will want Heard.  If you play Heard and he stinks, everyone will want Swoopes.  If they both stink, everyone will want Locksley.

We just need someone to step up and take the job!

Most popular QB is the backup QB if the starter falters. I just hope we have great QB play, regardless, someone the

team will have confidence in, someone who will be a leader and inspire the team to WIN!
