Texas football hosts pro day today with NFL personnel in attendance. Vince Young is working out hoping to get a shot with another NFL team, while Kenny Vaccaro, Marquise Goodwin and Alex Okafor look to show off their skills. Goodwinn WILL not run the 40-yd today since he ran a 4.27 40 at the combine.

Vaccaro is easily a first-round lock and I think Okafor is also. Kenny needs to run well today after putting up a 4.63 40-yard dash at the combine.

Good luck to all and Hook 'Em!

I just watched the Pro Day and a few comments.

Marquis Goodwin...WOW..he had the best catch of the day and set a record for the standing jump at 42 inches..

Kenny Vaccaro...Sad face..no he looked great, but I see the guy working him out was Mike Zimmer who is the DC for the Bengals. That's right the same Bengals who draft at #17, one ahead of my Cowboys..He didn't run the 40 today because of hip pointer..

Jeremy Hills..another WOW..4.38-40, 20 reps at 225 and he caught the ball well..He really helped himself today..

But...the winner of the day was Vince Young. Gil Brandt, the long time scout of the Cowboys, said Vince was magnificent and made all the throws. He looked damn good from my eyes..

Hell, they all looked good.

It was a great day for all the Longhorn players. Vince Young did nothing but sunstantially help his cause to get back as a starter or backup in the NFL.

Marquise Goodwin can not only long jump, he can high jump like a champ. A 42 inch vertical was posted today by Flash.

Alex Okafor is a beast. I would be surprised if he slipped past the 2nd round.

KV showed well. Zimmer worked him out but the Steelers' HC Mike Tomlin seemed to show a LOT of interest in Vaccaro.

DJ Monroe ran well and Jeremy Hills might be a stud in the NFL. He looked really good today.
