I like a lot of you ragged on Twitter during the ISU game. My timeline was clogged with pissed off fans and I don't remember getting one Tweet that disagreed with I was saying about this failed Mack Brown team.

That is until the Johnathan Gray, non fumble, was upheld by review, and they scored two plays later. A tense 50 seconds later and here they came. I had several followers, who were no where during the game, come out with the knives. How could I disrespect my team? How could I always hate on Mack Brown? How could I do this and that?

There is one thing about Twitter that a lot of people don't understand? Twitter is an expression of feelings "at that moment." A guy misses a tackle, something that happens a lot these days at Texas, and I ask, "can anyone on this team tackle?" It is not thought out analysis, it is raw emotion.

My question, why wait until the game is over to proclaim your love for Texas? Why wait until an incredible series of things happen to come with the "you gotta believe bullshit?" Why not get it out there early. Tell us to STFU because Texas is going to win this game? You lose all credibility by waiting until after the event is settled to go nuclear.

1. "Can anyone on this team tackle?" A simple question with an equal answer... No, nobody can. Solid analysis is that the D is horrible.

2. A 1 point win against a rock bottom Big 12 team who lost to an FCS team is tantamount to a loss. Lots of foreshadowing here...

3. Our coaching is some of the worst ive ever seen... atrocious.

We are definitely the talk of the town right now... Bad is good, good is bad... A win is a win... Im hoping the kids learn and get better.. No matter what we should always back the kids... Too many negative nancys ready to pounce and take things out of proportion... Hating gets you nowhere...

Then again, I saw Peter Jinkens go ape shit on someone who specifically said they were not trying to flame, but asking legitimate questions.

The players started this crap last year too, and seeing it again makes me expect the "bad friends" garbage to flow from Brown soon enough. There is no mystique here, no awe of the guys who wear that uniform currently. People are fed up with paying for a shit product and in the social media age, you cant be out there and not expect to catch flack.

Correct by all..Mack Brown and the players has done their his best to vilify and isolate anyone who has a discouraging word. It's a damn shame they don't work as hard to get better, and leave social media alone. It even extends to sideline reporters, who have the audacity to say what they see.

My own blessed mother, may she rest in peace, would be the first to go all in against anyone who says anything against anyone wearing burnt orange. She would also not be happy seeing her boys get their asses handed to them on a weekly basis.

Social media has its good and bad times. The Longhorns are an easy target because they are so big.

KC talk radio kept talking about the Texas Big 12 refs conspiracy. Granted there are a number of Iowa State alums in KC but still.

I get a kick out of the ISU coach going off. The asshole had second and goal from the one. He ran two dive plays and kicked a field goal. A touchdown there would have put the game out of reach. He lost the game, not the refs. Now as far as anyone from KC talking conspiracy, that is beyond laughable. Those assholes don't play well enough to worry about cheating.
