case mccoy, is going to stand in awe of such a profound quarterback... along the likes that he has never played against. this in itself, shall guarantee a texas loss. (for case, shall allow himself to become stunted both psychologically as well as physically). non the less, tyrone swoops, shall not be intimidated at all. (for he simply has nothing to loose) period. texas dc, shall devise his most ambitious plan yet... only to no avail. for mariota, can very easily use his running attack / very accurate passing to win this game.

in steps tyrone swoops, his on the field presence alone... shall inspire worn out texas players. and once tyrone starts to utilize his running abilities, the crowd shall come alive, the very same way that they did upon last year's valero bowl... against the oregon state beavers.

gents, i am not joking. (i very firmly believe this) it is just something very powerful about tyrone swoops. i think that the kid has a profound heart... we just have not had a chance to actually see it yet...

Swoopes will only play if its a blowout either way. I would not be surprised if he does not play at all in "The Last Ride of Mack and his Immortals".

Mack doesn't know an effing thing about handling QBs. I doubt Swoopes plays, Mack gets mudholed by 50 points and then rides into the sunset like the loser that he is.

Macks too nice and it's Case's last game. I would be surprised to see Swoopes play much if at all.

I don't think Case will be able to play loose enough and will press too much (i.e. a couple of pick-6's) and Texas will lose by about 50 (as noted above).

What have you seen from Swoopes that makes you think anything of what you said is possible. The only time Swoopes has flashed so far was in the spring game (against a Diaz controlled defense). Nothing he has done in game action this year is indicative of a guy who is ready to lead a team to victory against the #10 team in the country. This strikes me as nothing more than typical "back up quarterback is the savior" wishful thinking. We're not good at the QB position, but for as limited as Case is in talent he probably is the better option to win and his teammates respond to him.

I don't even know what this means in relation to what we're discussing. I'm asking what have you seen from Swoopes to believe the things you believe?

Swoopes' skills are pure speculation until he gets some meaningful time on the field. That being said, I can't see him playing any worse than Case.

I'd love to see Swoopes play this game. It'd more entertaining than watching Case's limited abilities. But we all know what good ol' Mack will do.
