Mike was able to confirm that the Texas staff extended an offer to Lake Travis TE Cade Brewer.

Brewer is currently committed to SMU and notched 6 catches for 79 yards and a touchdown against Westlake in front of the Texas coaches.

Also holds offers from Kansas State, Oklahoma, -'d Texas A&M.

The Lake Travis QB, Charlie Brewer, is Robert's son. He is committed to SMU, his brother Michael played at TT and Virginia Tech. The TE is not Robert's son, just shares the last name. My wife used to babysit the Brewer kids back in the day.
