Our boy Montrell Estell had the night from hell in Friday night's 14-12 loss to New Boston. Estell had 6 yards receiving on 3 catches as well as 17 yds rushing on 3 attempts. NB double-teamed him all night.

Gorman came to play. Good looking team. Cedar Hill's offense is sputtering. Should not have gone for it on 4th and 2.

McGuire says this is his best team ever at CH. I'm not seeing it.

CH having a hard time stopping the inside zone read with a 3 man front. Gorman definitely has plenty of speed, and must admit, Martell is very adept at the zone read... Seems to be making the right decision on the handoff/keep every time now

CH calls a fake punt on 4th and 16. Not sure what they were thinking there. But next drive, 4th and 1, calls ANOTHER fake punt that goes 72 yards to the house lol 17-14 BG in the third quarter

CH's OL is a joke. The ball is snapped and the Gorman DL are literally sprinting to the QB. SMH

Yes, they are also soft in the middle on defense.

I don't understand why they are sticking with 3 man front. Maybe they don't have personnel for a 4 man, but the zone read against a 3 man allows 2 D lineman to get double teamed, the third gets taken out of the play with a correct read by the QB. D line gets absolutely eliminated from the play, CH gets slashed up the middle. Lather, rinse, repeat.

I think you're right, but they'll get their act together and be more competitive. If I'm their HC, I'm more concerned about how they hung their heads and basically gave up.
