All per the official Texas Baseball Twitter account. This team is loaded. Sounds like those rumors of Boswell tearing it up in batting practice were true.
"Couple summer league updates: Bret Boswell hitting .304 w/ 18 runs, 5 2Bs, 4 3Bs and a .437 OBP for the Santa Barbara Foresters."
"C.J Hinojosa made his debut for the Harwich Mariners (Cape Cod) last night, going 2-for-5 and turning a double play in a 7-6 win."
"Rising soph. pitcher Jon Malmin has a 1.82 ERA with 21 Ks in seven appearances (five starts) spanning 29 2/3 innings."
"Rising soph. INF Connor Macalla is hitting .270 (20-74) with a team-high 10 RBIs to go along with eight runs and six stolen bases."
